Budget and Allocations: The duties of this committee include: to consider and make recommendations pertaining to special appropriations; the acceptance of new programs; annual agency interviews; increases and reductions in the agency budgets, the United Way of Carlton County annual budget and other related matters.
Campaign: This committee consists of a two (2) Campaign Co-Chairs; and eleven (11) committee chairs, one for each division. The duties of this committee are to develop a strategy and execute the plan to achieve the goal to raise the maximum amount of resources throughout Carlton County for that campaign year.
Executive: The duties of this committee shall be to conduct necessary business between regular meetings of the Board of Directors, plan long-term goals, direction, process county needs, set priorities, and other responsibilities for United Way of Carlton County.
Marketing / Communications: The duties of this committee are to develop marketing tools that will promote United Way of Carlton County. These tools may consist of, but are not limited to brochures, pledge cards, campaign envelopes, invitations, and annual reports.
Nominating and Personnel: The duties of this committee are to nominate officers and members to be filled once a year; nominate members for any persons resigning from the Board, if needed, and make recommendations to the Policies and Procedures Manual.
